WHO WE ARE
Owned and operated by Joey and Maggie Villarreal of Joey's on N. St. Mary's Street, the BSBC has been open since June 25, 1996. We offer medal-winning beers, an exceptional wine list, and delicious food. The brew pub is located in the Blue Star Arts Complex at 1414 S. Alamo, on the San Antonio river across the street from the Pioneer flour mill. The stainless steel vats and brewing facility are right at home in what was once an old beer storage warehouse. Friendly staff and warm wood decor make for a comfortable, casual atmosphere.

THE MENU AT THE BREWERY

The Menu features entrees such as fresh fish, hormone-free ribeye steak and Texas Gulf Shrimp. Other dinner menu items include burgers and pizzas and great appetizers like our spicy chicken wings. Desserts at Blue Star Brewing Company are baked in house with all fresh ingredients.

BEER TO GO
Blue Star Brewing Company sells kegs for all occassions. There are two sizes: a full size, 15 1/2 gallons, for $105.00, and a pony keg, 7 3/4 gallons, for $68.00. Also available are 1/2 gallon jugs for $12.75.
