PALE ALE
A well-balanced, highly hopped American Ale, similar to those
known throughout the American Northwest. An excellent example of a big-flavored,
hand-crafted beer with the sharp, clean, bitter finish of Cascade hops.
GOLDEN LAGER
This Light tasting,flavorful continental style lager
with German hop overtones. This beer is excellent choice if you prefer a more
tractional smooth mild beer.
AMBER ALE
This is a light tasting, full-bodied continental-style lager
with German hop overtones. this beer is an excellent choice if you a prefer
a more traditional, smooth and mild tasting beer.
KING WILLIAM ALE MMVIII
Barleywine
This beer is referred to as a barleywine style ale. The style originated in
Britain and is the biggest beer (malt, hops and alcohol content) in the ale family.
STOUT
Creamy, robust, Irish style dry stout, full of flavors from
deep-roasted barley malts. The slight hint of chocolate is born of the
meticulous marriage of malts and hops. Originating in Ireland, and now
brewed here in Texas, this is a beer for those who desire a big taste.
CASK CONDITIONED
Hand Pumped from our English Firkin. Ask your
server for the style available.
WHEATHEAD WHITE
This wheat beer is a Belgian-style Wit (Flemish for "white") made with coriander & orange peel.
PEACH WIT
Our Wheathead White infused w/ peaches. YUM YUM!
SMOKE DARK ALE
This beer is a prime example of the dark ales served
from the Yorkshire Dales of Northern England to the Lowlands of
Scotland. The rich, smoky flavor is achieved through the use of peat-
cured dark malts and evenly balanced by English hops. This is the ale
the publican serves his close friends just before closing time: ale
which may come out of his private cask.
KEGS: The Blue Star Brewery can provide 124 pint Kegs of most of its brews. Prices start at $130 (plus
a $70.00 deposit)
The Blue Star Brewery's collector's growler is a great way to carry home ½ a gallon (4 pints) of
Blue Star beer from the brewery to your house. It stays fresh for 24 hours once opened.
